Before your treatment

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior (reduces bruising risk).
Skip aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, or vitamin E for 3–5 days unless prescribed by your doctor (thins blood and increases bruising).
Arrive with clean skin, no makeup or lotions.
Let your provider know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of neuromuscular disorders.

During the treatment

after care and results

Stay upright for 4–6 hours — no lying down.
Avoid rubbing, pressing, or massaging the treated area for 24 hours.
Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot tubs for 24 hours.
Small bumps or redness usually fade within 30 minutes.
Results start in 3–5 days, full effect in 10–14 days.
Effects last 3–4 months (Neurotoxin) 6 -12 months (Filler)
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising is normal and can last 2–7 days.
Apply ice packs (wrapped in a clean cloth) for short intervals to reduce swelling.
Avoid facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments for 2 weeks.
