All medical weight loss patients are required to enroll in our structured office visit program to ensure safe, effective, and medically supervised care.
This package includes six visits total and covers the initial consultation, monthly follow up, and check ins.
You will meet with the NP for medical consultation. This includes reviewing history, safety screening, lab review (if needed), medication choice, consent, prescription sent to pharmacy
Occurs after monthly check ins to continue to provide education, support, and encouragement between visits.
4 weeks after initial consult, then monthly until stable (usually 3 months). Discuss tolerance, side effects, and appetite control. Medication dosing adjustments may occur.

At Tori’s Treatments, your wellness and safety come first. Our Registered Nurse (RN) works closely with our Nurse Practitioner (NP) team to help determine if NAD+ therapy is an appropriate option based on your individual health history, symptoms, and wellness goals.
NAD+ may help support energy, mental clarity, recovery, focus, metabolism, and healthy aging, but every patient is different. We believe in a personalized approach to wellness, not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
📋 To help speed up the approval and consultation process, please bring a copy of your most recent blood work results from your annual wellness visit if available. Recent labs can help our medical team better assess your current health status and guide recommendations safely and effectively.
