All medical weight loss patients are required to enroll in our structured office visit program to ensure safe, effective, and medically supervised care.
Initial package
This package includes six visits total and covers the initial consultation, monthly follow up, and check ins.
Initial comprehensive consultation
You will meet with the NP for medical consultation. This includes reviewing history, safety screening, lab review (if needed), medication choice, consent, prescription sent to pharmacy
check ins
Occurs after monthly check ins to continue to provide education, support, and encouragement between visits.
Monthly follow-up visits during first phase of treatment
4 weeks after initial consult, then monthly until stable (usually 3 months). Discuss tolerance, side effects, and appetite control. Medication dosing adjustments may occur.
